Jeff Hoffman - Managing Member

Jeff began his career in the wireless industry in the 90's, working on a BTS installation crew in the Washington DC/Baltimore (BAWA) market for a Sprint contractor. He later became a Market Manager for that same contractor in the Richmond/Norfolk market doing work for both Sprint and Nextel. In the late 90's and early 2000, Jeff entered the Broadcast Engineering sector, working for a contractor covering Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. In mid-2000, he was given the unique opportunity to become a Construction Engineer for NTELOS Wireless, a regional carrier. He advanced to Senior Construction Engineering Manager and remained with NTELOS for over 12 years. From there, Jeff formed a management company. He was involved in several projects and instrumental in the development of a startup tower company. Today, he is operating Virginia Tower Construction, LLC, which has quickly become the "go to" tower contractor for multiple clients. His certifications include Anritsu OTDR, PIM, 3Z RF Aligner, Commscope, Eupen and OSHA 30.
